Balloons Encore!
Well Lauren, Clint and I decided to do the Balloon shoot again. This time using balloons that had real helium in 'em for lift. The Helium helped to keep our balloons aloft so the first part of our shoot started off nicely but soon security rolled in and asked us to leave the nice studio that we'd created in the former Kona Border's Book Stores underground parking lot. These shots are from our secret studio. I hope you enjoy them.... Cheese it, the cops!!!

Golf, it's all about the clothes!
This past weekend was a busy one for me. I had 2 photo gigs at opposite ends of town. One was a charity golf tournament held at the beautiful Makalei Golf club the other job was my monthly Hawaiian music concert at the Keauhou Village Shopping Center.
One of the fun things at Kapa radio, the hosts, asked of the participants was to wear some funny slippers. Only in Hawaii can you golf in slippers.
The Hawaiian music concert was fun, Mark Yamanaka and his band played. March 31st marked the end of Kapa's Champaign to collect food and slippers for the under privileged Keiki in the Kona area. It was fun and moving as the same time. The United Way kicked in a check to help out the efforts.

This pair of shoes caught my eye, what was she thinking?
I also couldn't pass-up this T-Shirt.
