When I first moved to Kona 8 years ago you could count on a killer sunset with clear blue mixed with evening orange, pinks and reds and yellow tones of the setting sun every night. Then the Volcano decided to change the plan and the skies have never been the same.
So rather than abandon shooting the setting sun due to heavily vogged air I used my imagination to create some very cool and colorful sunsets using the vog as a feature.
